Ouryu Overwhelmer

That's right. We did it. We beat Ouryu 18-man BC, and we did it well, with very minimal deaths. Also, I don't care about flamebait, but we are the first NA LS on Ragnarok to beat Ouryu. I'm proud of this fact and it's no small accomplishment. We have the skill and frankly we've shown it.

A HUGE Congratulations to Spike Flail. We've come so far, and the sky's limit as to what we can achieve as an LS.


Here we are, gathering in a level 40 Cap area with no level 40 cap equipment for an uncapped BCNM.... gg S/E, you sure you thought this one through correctly?


Was tanked by 2 PLD/WAR and the fight went incredibly smooth, once we got the hang of things, especially with hate.

So..... moving onto Fafnir.

What an 'interesting' Fafnir indeed. More like....very angry roid-rage Fafnir...

Initially Dius won claim, but unfortunately got Darters and ended up wiping, providing a screenshot of a very long time unclaimed Fafnir, something which I haven't seen in a while. :O



After that, Lemon won the random (and we were next), but unfortunately at the pull, they ended up Spike Flailing it, which again lead to a screenshot I haven't ever seen before, Fafnir Spike Flailing twice.... :O



After that, I unfortunately got drawn in, which makes no sense to me, since Fafnir wasn't anywhere near me and he wasn't even loaded on my screen, because I was tightly packed away in the corner... anyways, we ended up claiming it, and sleeping it, but that failed. This guy had MASSIVE sleep resist built up and we pretty much fought our way to our win by the skin of our teeth, but we still prevailed. Nobody panicked and we emerged victorious.



That screenshot was early in the fight, you can only imagine how nutzoid it looked later on...


The drops were OK I guess, I'm glad Raife finally got his E. Hands, he's been wanting them for a LONG time now. Keal got the other hands and Seishi ended up with the Balmung! However, after that horrendous fight (we had him slept at 30% for a grand total of around 20-25 seconds TOTAL for the WHOLE fight), we REALLY deserved a Ridill or even a Hrotti. Goddamn it...

To anyone who gets offended by the pics of Dius wiped and of the Spike Flail screenshot, I will remove them if you want me to. Otherwise, they will just stay up. I'm not knocking either LS, it was, as they say it, unfortunately "shit happens" sometimes. You'll get it next time.


Been a really long day today, but I'm so proud of us.
